Non-Refundable Policy, Owner Cancellation, Transferability, and Release of Liability

By registering for this transformational retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy regarding refunds, cancellations, transferability, and release of liability:

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $97.00 is required to secure your spot in the retreat. Due to the nature of this retreat, this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Full Payment: Payment in full is required by 12-30-24 to participate in the retreat. Once paid, the full amount is also non-refundable. This includes situations involving, but not limited to, illness, travel delays, personal emergencies, or changes in personal circumstances.

3. Participant Cancellation: In the event that you cancel your registration, no refund of the paid deposit or remaining balance will be issued. However, your registration may be transferred to another individual who meets the retreat’s eligibility requirements. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the retreat organizer at least 48 hours before the retreat start date for approval.

4. Event Modification or Rescheduling: If the retreat is rescheduled or modified, your registration and payment will automatically be applied to the new dates. Refunds will not be provided in the event of rescheduling, but credits may be issued at the owner’s discretion.

5. Owner-Initiated Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the retreat owner cancels the retreat entirely, participants will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made, including the initial deposit. This refund will be processed within 21 days of the cancellation notice. However, the retreat owner is not liable for any other expenses incurred, such as travel costs or accommodations, and participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance for additional protection.

6. Release of Liability:

   • Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in the retreat involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, physical activities, travel-related risks, potential exposure to health risks, and the use of third-party facilities. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, illness, or other personal harm arising from or relating to your participation in the retreat.

   • Waiver and Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby waive, release, and discharge The Heart of MAC, LLC, its organizers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that you, your heirs, or legal representatives may have now or in the future, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to your participation in the retreat.

   • Medical Fitness and Responsibility: You affirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in this retreat and will disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to attendance. You understand that you are solely responsible for your own health, and you release the retreat organizers from any responsibility for any injury or illness that may occur during or after the retreat.

   • No Guarantees: The retreat organizers do not guarantee any specific outcomes, experiences, or personal transformations as a result of participating in this retreat. Any changes, insights, or results depend on individual factors and personal engagement in the activities.

   • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Heart of MAC, LLC, its organizers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, actions, damages, or liabilities arising from your own actions or negligence, including any costs or expenses (including attorneys' fees) associated with such claims.

By completing your registration, you affirm your understanding and acceptance of this Non-Refundable Policy, Owner Cancellation, Transferability, and Release of Liability. This policy and release are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law, and if any portion is deemed invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
